  1. It would be interesting to see our offensive stats in September and beyond for the past 5 or so years. We do seem to struggle offensively once September rolls around.
  2. Atlanta would sweep us too considering we'd have to face Sale and Fried although I don't think the Braves get in at this point. I think the Mets end up getting that last wildcard.
  3. Couldn't agree more. We'd definitely have more of a chance against the Dodgers beat up rotation.
  4. Sure does. I'm too lazy to look up his career stats against us but I'm sure it's total domination.
  5. Should be an interesting series as we are facing the Phillies three best starters. The Phillies have been on a roll as of late and the Brewers have historically not fared well against these guys.
  6. With Snell on the mound, we can all probably go to bed early tonight.
  7. Bold prediction: The Brewers will generate little to no offense against Snell and will have to win a very low scoring game.
  8. The offense is what's going to keep the Brewers from making any kind of a run in the playoffs.
  9. How many years have we struggled against lefties now? Seems like this goes way back.
  10. How is Oakland's bullpen? I don't see us doing much of anything against Sears.
  11. Sears has been pretty good lately and our offense hasn't exactly been clicking on all cylinders the past couple of weeks or so. Oakland isn't nearly as bad as they were in the beginning of the season.
  12. On this date a year ago, we were 3 games up on the Reds and Cubs so obviously this 11 game lead feels nice and comfy.
  13. Same here but the Phillies lost today so there's that.
  14. Seems like a fairly even pitching matchup today. Let's get the sweep!
  15. So the Brewers should probably try to score early and often then…
  16. Need to generate more offense for the love of everything. Four runs is fine but just three hits so far.
  17. Heck, this might be over in the next few batters.
  18. Well this probably isn't going to end well, is it?
  19. Walker Buehler is likely the starter for LA tonight. He's been out for nearly two months due to injury and stunk pretty good before that. No reason the Brewers shouldn't put up some runs tonight.
  20. Or the Phillies and I mean it's not even close.
  21. Any more runs than 4 and you might as well find something else to do tonight.
  22. Is it just me or is there a lot of slumping going on right now, particularly on the offensive front?
  23. Black batting in the cleanup spot? Interesting decision.
