It's amazing that Yelich has a long on base streak going because he has looked awful the past couple of weeks. Chasing badly and swinging over the top of a ton of pitches. Hopefully he gets this out of his system quickly.

Yeah I told myself before the road trip that I'd be very happing going 3-3 so this was amazing.

I think that probably gets it done for Ramirez (or at least really close). Two top 100 prospects including a top 5 prospect in Made. That being said, I don't think Cleveland trades Ramirez and who knows if Ramirez even waives his no trade to come to Milwaukee.

OMG why do we keep playing Seigler?!?
  5. wibadgers23
Adamczewski is just too advanced for low-A ball. Looking forward to his (soon to be) promotion to Appleton.

Yelich has had some ugly AB's lately.

How in the world are the Mariners only a handful of games above .500 with the starting pitching that they have plus Raleigh, Rodriguez, etc on offense?
  8. wibadgers23
Feels like we've faced a pretty good pitcher every game during this run.

If Cleveland decides to sell, what would it take to get Steven Kwan? An outfield of Chourio, Kwan and Frelick for the next few seasons would be sweet. I'm just not counting on Mitchell at this point. I've seen a few sites suggest that Kwan might become available if Cleveland decides to sell.

I understand wanting to stand pat when you're on the kind of roll that the Brewers are on but let's keep the big picture in mind. A bat like Castro or O'Hearn or Naylor could come in very handy down the stretch and in the playoffs.

Might as well sweep them again!
  12. wibadgers23
    Thank goodness.

Quero was hit by a pitch and then replaced ☹️
  14. wibadgers23
Pena with an RBI single in the 1st and the Mudcats lead early.

Any chance we could get a running list of official signees in the first post just so it's easier to keep track? We used to have a complete list of draftees and then when someone signed, their name would be bolded along with their signing bonus.

That was some nastiness from Priester.
  17. wibadgers23
Yeah it really is kinda ridiculous at this point that he's still in A-ball. Gotta feel for the guy.
  18. wibadgers23
Yeah I'd say he probably has a little over a week left in Carolina before he moves up.
  19. wibadgers23
Quero is heating up at the plate and is starting to hit for some power.
  20. wibadgers23
I'm a little nervous too. Getting tonight's game would go a long way in making me not so nervous.
  21. wibadgers23
Yeah it's really a shame and makes very little sense that rookie ball season ends just a couple weeks after the draft.
  22. wibadgers23
I thought Priester was pitching Friday night?
  23. wibadgers23
Game is currently frozen for me on the Dave Parker graphic 😡
  24. wibadgers23
    Ragsdale will be signing -

Do we think Made and Pena to the Rattlers at some point this season is a lock? I guess my thinking all along has been that they'd keep them in Carolina all year.
