4/3/08 Brewers (Bush) at Cubs (Dempster): 1:20 PM CDT

[sheethead]

I think i can safely say for the first time this year, and gladly, no more Bush!!

Fielder needs a rib-eye. He should have hit up Fogo De Chao last night. Ish.

[Fear The Chorizo]

Fielder with a terrible AB

[PrinceFielder28]

Is Dempster really pitching that good today? or are we not hitting worth a darn

[zzzmanwitz]

wow... dempster mows down Fielder and Braun. This is no good.

[Fear The Chorizo]

He does have alot of late movement down on his sinker today...the low strike zone is definitely helping him

it's not like the Brewers are swinging and missing at a tee

[BrewCrewForever]

Come on guys, chance to sweep on the road. Where is the killer instinct?

[sheetswannabe]

Brewers look horrible...

[PrinceFielder28]

Man were is that killer instinct to close out the sweep

[B2k1121]

The offense is absolutely dreadful today.

[sheethead]

Dempster has them all fooled. Working his pitches rather nicely and locating everything. If DB wouldnt have walked 4 of the 5 he did today, this game wouldnt seem so unwinnable right now.

[brewmann04]

I was thinking the same thing believe who just might be heading to the pen when Yo comes back (bthurley 19)

[BrewCrewForever]

3,4 and 5 go 1-2-3. Not good.

[PrinceFielder28]

1-2-3...the boys must have had to much fun out on the town last night

[jhart05]

Three hits off Dumpster.

Sad.

[wibadgers23]

We look pretty lost at the plate right now. Not looking good...

[bbaehman]

What is up with this? I thought the first inning collision would fire these guys up!

[brewmann04]

must be happry taking the series and head back to Miller

[sheetswannabe]

I dont get these Minnesota commericals...noone from Wisconsin wants to go on vacation to Minnesota, because it is just an addition to Wisconsin... Show some other state...besides Illinois.....

WHY IS KAPLER IN?

[And That]

I have trouble getting too worked up for an April 3rd game, I guess.

OMG were gonna loooz! teribles!

[orca1963]

Man were is that killer instinct to close out the sweep

that is what a yost managed team lacks--sorry people but it's not about bashing yost early it's about he has to prove it to me early. the brewers players themselves win games-any time the game needs to be managed that is where we struggle. 2 outs...let down...2 wins let down...it is a pattern and to me that is a....and bush is back out there...product of the manager

[derflotr]

There's the frisbee...

The Brewers are getting Dempster'd. Give the guy credit, he's rarely missed a spot and the Brewers have done nothing to get him out of his rhythm.

[zzzmanwitz]

WHY IS KAPLER IN?

Cause TGJ is where OPS goes to die.

[sheetswannabe]

Dempster did amazing..now we have to face Marmol? Are you kidding me? Give us Howry or Wood.

[Bruce Ciskie]

So we're giving up on the game in the sixth inning, Ned?

I mean, there's no other good reason to keep Bush in the game, right?

Oh, well. I'm all for a series win. They aren't going 162-0, anyway.

[PrinceFielder28]

Why did they pull Gywnn?
