Btw, the Rockies announcers are letting everyone know that when you hit a ball off the wall & watch it, you are hurting your ball club. I get that and all, but apparently the RBI screamer that missed being a 3-run shot by *that* much doesn't do anything to make it a neutral oucome. It hurts your club. You'd be right in this thing if he were on second. Since he's on first, he's hurting the team.

Yost was prescient enough - or is it straight perma-omniscience? - to not have Villy pitch 2 last night so he'd be available today.
