I will give you is that it was very poor judgment for Brady to go home on that grounder to Ensberg. A decent throw and he's out by a mile.

Totally agree. Only thing that would let Brady off the hook and place blame on the staff is if they had the "go on contact on the ground" rule on. Where no matter what..if the ball is on the ground you go.

Sometimes teams use this when they think it will be hard to scrap out runs.

If Doug Davis doesn't get a win tonight (even if it's 3-2 for a final) I don't want anyone complaining about his "hard luck."

You get staked to a 2-0 lead and you cant even make it last for a batter.

Man, just as Davis is throwing the pitch to Ensberg, Daron is talking about how you should pitch away from Ensberg and Xavier Nady because they'll hurt you....no sooner is it out of Daron's mouth! They should put a feed of Bill and Daron in the catcher's mask so they know what to call! Unbelievable!

Well, at least Pettite has been struggling... maybe the Crew will salvage a win out of this series. If Cappy can avoid getting roughed up...

Wow. Just wow.

It's the 2nd freakin' inning. If the game was tied 0-0 instead of 2-2 would you already be conceding victory??

The pessimism on this board makes me sick!!!!!

This is Roy Oswalt. And to be blunt, against a pitcher like him, you only get one chance to count - and you certainly can't let the Astros get back in the game with him on the mound.

Have you not followed the Brewers for the last 12 years? People push away those they love if they've been violated before. The Brewers have violated their fans 1133 times in their last 2039 games (.444 since 93). Psycological reaction is to push away those that the fans love.

Billy probably didn't have a play there regardless, but there's no excuse for not keeping that ball on the infield to keep the runner from getting to third.

.... and it costs us a run.

So not keeping the runner at 2nd costs us a run, and Miller botching the pickoff throw also costs us a run.

Are there people out there that still think that mental lapses and poor fundamentals don't cost us?

Does anyone else just DESPISE this park? Left field is beyond ridiculous, the train is stupid, the sound effects are annoying, and Jason Lane hits 298 foot home runs. Puke.
