As much as I want to say Lee, Fielder, or Jorge, I have to give a vote to JJ. With the 1 and 3 hitters doing very little this year so far, he's been the lone guy getting things started. Today he had 3 hits, and a 4th was crushed to dead center that Byrnes caught

Prince Fielder gets my vote...today was big for him.

 

Although a nod to JJ for the clutch hitting

Another for Lee for a solid game

and Another for the bullpen, who i was not too confident in (especially JDLR and Kolby)

I'm gonna go with Gross. Its not easy coming off the bench and pinch hitting when you are never playing in the field and his hit was just huge in this game.

Was really a team effort to pick up DD today.

this could be a time to use the polls. It's a thread in an area where various topics aren't floating each day, so Poll threads wouldn't make the forum look chaotic.

The good news is that FIVE (count them - five) different players are deserving of those kind of honors after yesterday's game. Some are more deserving than others, but GG, JJ, JDLR, Prince, and El Caballo all came through big.
