Would someone give me a quick summary of the bottom of 9th? I'm attempting to watch gameday, but I'm in the middle of Canada and I believe that their bandwidth is being consumed by a Alanis concert.

While Axford clearly didn't have it today and I normally would support removing a guy before the lead is blown, Hoffman's about #12,000 on the list of guys I'd want to see called upon in this spot. Need someone who can get a strikeout, with the way the defense has been playing this inning.

Macha panics after the first misplay, defense lives down to its reputation, and now Macha panics again. Priceless.

I'm about to give Cerrano's final Jobu talk to the Baseball Gods.

First pitch double coming up right here from Hoffman.

You were almost right, though it would've been ruled a single.

We don't need no defense!

That "double" by Pujols just about has to be changed into an error. If that's not ruled an error, I really don't know what is...

Come on, no it's not. Axford wasn't on today.

Wish granted.

Well, thank goodness. I hope bensheeps and family had a happy experience from start to finish, minus that chunk of the 9th.
Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.
