It has looked like McGehee is stepping in the bucket for the past month on every swing. Watch his front leg, I have no idea why this is allowed by Sveum. Seems like it really take away his opposite side pop and he is hitting lots of crappy grounders to SS/3B... like that

Watching the actual broadcast I haven't really noticed the zone being bad (or at least out of the ordinary). In fact, BA and Rock were earlier talking about how Cooper is considered a pitcher's ump.

Just saw the video of Hart's homer. That would've been cool if Stubbs opened the door and caught the ball.

Would it be an out or still a homer?

Yeah, Greinke's .350 BABIP has to go down at some point.
Not if he keeps leaving FBs between the thighs and waist over the middle of the plate. Next we'll read about his LOB% as flukey luck, but when you watch the games he tends to give up hits in bunches, and hits on bad pitches. I don't think anyone is every lucky or unlucky for an entire season.

He's a much better pitcher than what he's done, but the FBs down the middle have to stop, it doesn't matter how hard you throw if you put the ball there.

Nice strike out of Bruce there.

Rolen really bailed Greinke out there swinging at the first pitch. Still, doesn't look like Greinke will be able to go deep into this one after those Votto and Bruce ABs.

Most people do not get lucky or unlucky for an entire season, you're right. That's why it has to go down.

Home runs do not count in BABIP. Fastballs down the plate can become HRs, and hits in the field of play involve chance, so....I guess I don't know what you're saying. I'm lost.
