Hamels turned in another strong performance against the Marlins, but came away empty-handed. The lefty made two mistakes, giving up a pair of homers over seven solid innings but the bullpen blew the lead in the eighth and he took a no-decision.

Utley is reportedly missing at least the first two games after getting hit in the head yesterday. He's going to see a concussion specialist.

 

Jimmy Rollins is fresh off the DL, but is getting 'eased' back into the lineup. It sounds like he hasn't fully healed from a strained right groin.

 

Howard has a sore left heal and will sit for today, but will likely be back tomorrow.

 

Now is a good time to sneak a few wins at home.

Tonight's game is SRO, but there will me some no shows, i just looked on wis dot at the camera's around Miller Park and as of 7pm it around 70% full, but freeways are still backed up.

Yuni is useless, he hits into way to many double plays.
probably would have been a hit if mcgehee wasn't running on the play. just some bad luck on the hit and run.

he is still kinda useless though.

You can't be serious. I'm no fan of Yuni, but he hit a bullet back up the middle. If the hit and run isn't on that's a clean single.
