Click on the insert image icon (looks like a mountain kinda) then select "add from URL" and paste the url in there.

Hit "Add Reply" first. Don't try the "Quick Reply". A bunch of icons and typical text editing buttons are at the top.

I feel like an idiot but I see no icons at the top and no text editing buttons. Below the box I have some shortcuts and post options. One of the shortcuts says image: CTRL-ALT-i...not sure what that means?

Simplest way I can explain it is this --

 

[img.] image url address goes here [/img.]

 

Don't use the periods I added after "img" in either tag, though -- html tags are your friend! I had to add the periods so the whole line of instructions would show up.
