How come we haven't seen Jeremy Jeffrees get a crack at it? We need another RHP and he seems to have figured it out at AAA.

You know Braun doesn't seem to have the same pop he's had in past seasons, but he looks like he has his speed back.

Braun on base 4 times tonight. If he can get on base, swipe some bags, he's slotted in fine at the 2 spot. He just needs to stop swinging at crap.

 

Was nice to see Gomez make some solid contact in that last at bat. He's been in a funk lately. Even his hits have been squibbers and nibbers and whatnot.
