Getting susac means we have to be trading Lucroy. No point in bringing him in otherwise.

 

To play next year? Don't think it points to a Lucroy trade today 100%.

No surprise. It's the Cubs or Red Sox for Lucroy. Texas (or anyone) could still be in market for Jeffress though.

Word is that #Brewers have to include pitcher with Lucroy to do a deal with Texas. Not sure if SP or RP will do it.

Not a huge fan of Gallo straight up for Lucroy. Would much prefer adding Jeffress and/or a SP for a bigger haul.

I don't want to see Luc and Jeffress in the same deal to be honest, Stearns knows what he is doing, and dealing his guys seperately seems to be the trick according to the Giants deal.

I think a boom or bust guy is a good fit in our system right now. We have a ton of players in our system with a 'good player' ceiling, not really any 'star player' ceiling.

 

Anyway, I think Gallo at worst is another Branyan, which has value.
