You can say that this was an unexpected season so it's all good but that is false. They blew it plain and simple dozens of times. I don't know how you can be accepting of that.

They missed Jimmy big time. Guerra wouldn't have pitched today with a short stint and the bullpen imploding.

 

Still, disappointing as today has been, this team exceeded expectations and for the most part did pretty well for themselves.

Our bullpen has been pretty darn good this season. The bullpen was the least of our problems this year. IMO it was the lack of getting key hits with RISP and thus not being able to add on runs later in the games.
