2018-04-10: Brewers (Suter) at Cardinals (Martínez) 7:15 PM CDT [Brewers lose, 5-3, 11 innings]

[mtrebs]

I like the way they've sped up the games this year

Hehe

Hoover...no mas

[Ennder]

Glad the ump is on our side, that was not a strike. Ahh not enough though. Edited April 11, 2018 by Ennder

I didn't say Top 100 Prospect, I said highly-regarded prospect. He was ranked #6 in our organization in 2012. That's highly-regarded. Not sure why everyone is so down on Gennett, he broke out last year and the Brewers would've been better served having kept him on board. That's all I'm saying. Again, there are a lot of prospects that don't reach the majors until age 25.

We had such a great system in 2012 that he was ranked behind Wily and Johnny Hellweg as well as being one spot in front of Hunter Morris.

[mtrebs]

Alright, I’m going to bed. Forget this garbage.

[Ron Robinsons Beard]

Well, 3 blown saves in one game. That's ... something.

[OldSchoolSnapper]

For God's sake. Bed time.

[dlk9s]

You know, Brewers, I have work to do.

[SeaBass]

Throw Hoover on the pile of guys we have on the scrap heap.

[Ennder]

It is pretty hard to blow 5 saves in 3 days but we managed it.

[superfly]

Useless.

[TJseven7]

Good lord...

[OnaBadger58]

Hoover sucks.... double entendre

Uecker could make a good joke of that one.

There's a reason he was a minor league FA.

Maybe Jennings is napping?

The Brewers' minor league system was widely considered amongst the league's bottom 5 back then - so being the 6th-rated prospect in a system headlined by Wily Peralta is tough to be considered highly regarded.

sigh...more innings of baseball for this slow motion train wreck of a team - at least it feels that way!

[TJseven7]

This seasons killing me.

Hoover dam was breached

[B-Train]

Is it normal to be losing sleep stressfully watching the Brewers in April?

[Fear The Chorizo]

If this game creeps past midnight and goes into tomorrow, does that mean Hader and Albers are available?

[OldSchoolSnapper]

Hoover dam was breached

It was looking a bit soggy and not super difficult to penetrate.

[liveforoctober]

The Brewers are funny. 3rd worst run differential in the NL .. but some cardiac offensive saves have us with a few wins above what it should be. Could steal another tonight that we really shouldn't have... We are giving ourselves a chance if we can sort things out. These early season wins (steals) will be awesome come later season.

[Bombers]

Anyone in to stick someone at 2nd and see who can hit him in? #NewRules

+1

[TJseven7]

So many chances to put this away... gees.
