Zach Davies is getting absolutely shelled in his rehab start in Appleton.

 

He has an option, right? Don't see how he can supplant our current five based on how he's been this year.

A simple blown strike call tonight literally had the same affect as allowing a solo homerun. Really pisses me off. These guys do affect games with their performance, or lack thereof.

True. Pitch one could have been a strike...which could potentially change the at bat. Could have gone either way, but I think we all knew Hader wasn't as unhittable as he was.

If there was ever a time for peak 2017 Santana to make an appearance this season, right about now is it if either yelich or Braun wind up back on the dl.

 

They almost need to DL him. You can't go day to day with 2 outfielders and Shaw basically the same.

 

They have 2 infielders playing outfield at the moment, with no defensive substitutes to put in.
