That seems impossible. Runners are sprinting at full speed on contact, they cannot follow the ball that closely.

Do you guys really have to complain about absolutely everything, it completely ruins the site. He ran on contact because there were 2 outs, every single runner in baseball is running right there. It was just dumb luck it hit him.

Sometimes its bad luck but it looked like Braun did see it was coming and started to jump but just didnt get both feet off the ground. Would have taken extra effort but I think he would tell you he should have dodged it.
