The Giants are apparently considering moving on from Blake Martinez. He’s heading into the last year of a 3-year, $30 million contract.

I’m not a GM, but I think I could have told you Blake Martinez is not worth $10 million per year. He’s a good football player (and the Packers got excellent production from a 4th round pick), but c’mon - who runs these franchises?

Just to get off topic from this Packers fiasco, with the rumors of Brady mulling retirement after this season and the possibility of Rodgers doing the same, can you imagine what it will potentially look like in Canton five years from now?

I know the cope of the weekend is probably going to be that the Rams would have pounded the Packers but I just don't see it. If we had somehow survived last night in the ugliest of possible ways, I'd have felt really good about reaching the Super Bowl. This is going to hurt for a long time. I thought last year was a great chance. This year was better.

He'll screw it up next week. I hope so anyway. I'd like to see the Rams all in strategy blow up in their face. Looks like I'll be rooting for the Bills the rest of the way, but they'll screw it up too.

This is sure to be an interesting NFL off season. We're looking at major turnover not only in Green Bay, but places like Tampa and Pittsburgh too. How many new teams will make the playoffs next year?

It's weird watching these other games and watching them punt and kick fg's and just knowing that their kicks won't get blocked.
