The question is how many rental bats will we have to acquire and can we do it cheaply.

I don't think they need to rent bats other than maybe 3rd. They need to get healthy and they need Hiura to get better.

First base, shortstop, and possibly even another outfielder that can hit. I would love to see Hiura hit but I think he needs a new hitting coach and some time in the minors at the very least. It would be foolish to count on him this season.

Hiura says “hello!” with a double on cue.

I honestly would’ve just stuck with Peralta if the alternative was Corey Ray.

Now please prove me wrong, Corey!

Not just “at Night” anymore.

Now if Bradley could do anything productive whatsoever, that would have been a run instead of a likely wasted leadoff double.

Ended up being a productive at bat for Ray, and chases Alzolay from the game. Would certainly like to not waste a leadoff double for the second time today.

Curious to see Ray's swing. Still curious. :laughing Nice walk Corey.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

With four turns of the rotation in the books, Milwaukee starters are second in MLB with a 2.34 ERA, fourth with a 29.1% K rate.

and that includes Anderson’s 1 out game yesterday. Need runs!

Ray's like... running bases in the MLB is easy!

Shaw is still not good.

I just watched you take a bunch of pitches in the 9th with the tying run in scoring position the other night and now you have an AB like that? Did you not just see him hit the last guy and walk the two before that?

Come on, dude.
