Hiura will get his shot, but he's gonna have to earn it, slowly, after the last couple years. They aren't going to hand anything to him. Tellez was MUCH better than Keston last year, so Keston has a lot of ground to make up.

I'm fine with that but Rowdy hasn't cemented himself into the spot.

Also hasn't gone anything to lose it. In fact, after basically being the only offense against the Braves last fall, his leash is probably longer than you think.

You sure do seem to hate a team that won 90+ games last year.

I love the pitching but think the offense is atrocious.

By historical standards this is a pretty bad offense but in modern day MLB it's probably league average. Get runners on and hope that somebody eventually gets ahold of one. That's how it works these days.

Slightly above 6-tenths of 1 percent of the season will have been completed after today's game.  We still have approximately 99.4% of the season left after today unless COVID or Famine or War or something else interferes with this season.

Way to go, Willy Adames!

Go back to Coldplay, Martin!

...is what I'd yell if I was at the game and drunk

Golly, that is a tough ball to tag on. Happ must have had a tough read on that because you shouldn't score on that ball.

Also, kind of a gross at bat from Yelich, Got him in though.
