This team has this uncanny knack for giving up the homerun to like the one guy who can really burn you. The Mets have a good lineup, but that's two 3R homeruns in two games for their biggest HR threat. They refuse to "pitch around" anyone. It's maddening.

They got one good season out of Boxberger then another 30 games or so of exemplary pitching but its likely time to move on. The last 30 games he’s Ben baaaad.

This is what drives me crazy about CC.  Ray Charles could see Rogers didn't have it tonight.

The back of the bullpen guys get through five innings giving up nothing and two of your best three relievers give up 7 runs in 2

I’m just done, there’s no way a competent manager allows Rogers to face Lindor.  CLEARLY didn’t have it, no reason he faces that many batters.
