See Johnson's fall ended right after our Wicks selection.  you may have had a Safety or ST players had you not I dunno, taken a practice squad QB with your 6th pick in the draft.

The must be planning on moving someone to safety because they is no way they are dumb enough to go into the season with the current lot.

I think the clear takeaway thus far is that the Packers didn’t really like any of the safeties enough. Which isn’t surprising since the class was poor.

Perhaps on the phone right now with Amos...

A little surprised Wypler is still on the board. Seemed like a second-day lock.

Yeah, of those, I have to say Wypler, Ojomo, and Perry would be unreal in the 6th Rd.

I am approaching that territory where I am also searching for a way to get RB/FB Hunter Luepke or Purdue's CB Cory Trice. I really don't quite understand how Trice is still there given his athleticism and production.

There's our hopes for a Run Stopper. Sixth Round grade. Drafted in the 6th round. Can't complain. Not overly athletic whatsoever so certainly doesn't fit the RAS obsessed folks. But, as a run stopper with a little bit of pass rush juice sure?

here comes the beef

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

I like Brooks.  It seems there was an effort to improve interior pass rush in Day 3.  Needed bodies for the rotation but both seem like ends that are moving inside and can penetrate.

Like the Eagles pick of McKee.  He seems like a much better choice for a developmental QB.  Has the arm strength and accuracy that tends to translate to the NFL better.

Figure the Packers have to snag a low-round RB at some point. I like McBride or Ibrahim. Probably done with d-line, but surprising Ojomo is still there. I'd have been fine with him in the 5th, let alone now.

Kuntz would be a delightful pick if they triple-up on TEs. Of all the safeties in the draft, Anthony Johnson seemed the most Packer-y, so I'd be down for that too.

Vegas Kicker Dan Carlson's brother, FTR. Not particularly accurate at Auburn, but made some big-pressure kicks. Confident that if Bisaccia thinks they can make him more consistent, it'll be interesting to watch him in camp.

Andres Carlson nfl.com bio:

Struggled to establish consistency on mid-range kicks

Poor from 50 yards and beyond

Too many kicks blocked

Doesn’t sport a booming leg on kickoffs

Seems like a Udfa, I’m happy they took a kicker and not that early

What I read (and I never look at kickers) is he suffered an ACL tear to his non-kicking leg after a fantastic 2020 season and has struggled since that injury with accuracy. I have to think the Packers think they might have something? BUT, this feels as underwhelming as the Clifford pick. Because, well, it's a 72% this year kicker.
