At least we probably shouldn't see anyone post that the Pirates record is built on beating bad teams. I admire them a little more for that after watching the Brewers go 1-5 against Det and Col. TCOB.

Is that why yesterday's game thread ended after Taylor's HR? 

Or is it only me that can't see any replies on the thread after that?

There's a tech issue going on where it APPEARS there are no new posts in a thread but if you click in, the new posts appear.

Not sure what you mean by "click in" but I logged out of the site, logged back in, and went to yesterday's game thread. A note pops up that there are 30+ new replies but when I click on that nothing happens. The last reply that appears relates to Taylor's HR.

Maybe it's just that thread or maybe just me.

Same. Yesterday's game thread showed no new replies no matter how many times I clicked in. Now, this thread, while showing zero replies on the main page, at least shows the responses. I'm on a laptop today, phone yesterday.

And, when I hit Submit Reply, the post still appears in the dialogue box with a warning that says "New posts within a short time frame are limited. Please wait 4 seconds before submitting."

Like I have FOUR seconds to spare. I'm a busy man.

I’m getting that too. Though it tells me to wait FIVE seconds  

I get the same results on my iPad and on my desktop.

Yeah. What does "click in" mean?!  I tried all sorts of clicking in and out, and cache clearing and rebooting. Absolute Zilch.

Huge William Contreras fan. Saw him in the minors and he signed my daughters card. However, is he really a leadoff hitter?

Tonight will be William’s first time batting leading off in MLB.

He has historically (937 OPS in 185 career PA) and this year (953 OPS in 30 PA) been the best hitter we have vs LHP so might as well try to get him as many PAs as possible to maybe shake things up given our southpaw struggles.

Not a good sign for Brosseau that he isn't in the lineup tonight, certainly not on the team for his defense. May be optioned after the road trip.
