I’m tired of hearing how great Peralta’s “stuff” is

At some point results are all that matter.

Freddy Peralta's first 2 starts this season - 12 IP, 1 ER, 0.75 ERA

Freddy Peralta's last 12 starts- 61.1 IP, 39 ER, 5.72 ERA

I think it's time to put Freddy in the pen. Swap him and Houser and let Freddy be a high leverage pen guy. His command has been too bad to be a starting pitcher.

Don't worry, he'll get his next start because performance really does not have a correlation to playtime of status on this team.

Consecutive walks and Willie is just hacking away with no purpose.

All three strikes were in the strike zone. I don't know what you expect him to do, maybe strike out looking? He just sucks right now.

I almost choked on my drink when Anderson said the Brewers were in the “heart” of their order.

I also had to laugh when he encouraged folks to buy tickets for the DBacks series because they are an exciting team that’s fun to watch. In other words, something you usually don’t see at a Brewers game.

Sigh

I guess it ain't easy sweeping teams.

The A’s didn’t have a problem with it.

The best buddies (Adames, Freddy, Urias) have absolutely stunk it up this season. Last year they combined for 8.9 fWAR. This year they are on pace for 2.5 fWAR

He could consider trying to make solid contact or hitting to the opposite field instead of pulling off everything trying to put the ball into orbit.

BA making that comment on the broadcast today that the Brewers value production more than pedigree was absolutely hilarious when we have Freddy in the rotation still, Winker and Adames hitting 2-3. Could not be more incorrect.

Anderson said that Miller has cooled off a little bit.

An OPS of .486 in June (coming into today) is more than a little cool.
