Obviously, I want the sweep, but getting the top BP guys two days off isn't the worst thing in the world should the Brewers be unable to come back.

Very tempting depending on what their plans are for starters for the 9 games after the day off. I know I would like to see Burnes pitch 2 of those. Maybe Thursday against the Phils and next Wednesday against the Reds.

They are doing him a favor giving him a chance to play with the hope that some other team might give him a shot. It’s not like he is taking playing time from a hot prospect.

If Winker played decent defense anywhere, you might be able to carry him under the "professional hitter/clubhouse guy" category. I like him, honestly. But there just isn't much value I'm seeing at this point IF the organization feels at all confident in anyone who specializes in hitting right-handed pitching at the AAA level.
