Off topic but Zack Grienke is 1-15? That's incredible.

Well, he has been pretty bad for quite some time now.

He's one of those guys who just doesn't know when to quit, just like Wainwright.

Can he get 38 more strikeouts this season to get to the magic number of 3000?

A guy like him playing on a team going nowhere makes no sense. Could end up hurting his hof case a bit.

Monasterio & Megill - 2023 surprise studs for Milwaukee

Every year a few players surface from nowhere

Peguero was an early season surprise but he’s faded since mid-year

It makes sense the Brewers are having their way with the Yankees. They were 8-2 in their last 10 games going into last night.

Aren't they also on a 10(?) game winning streak against the AL?

This is a game that gets a manager fired. Yankees look dead.

They have been dead and then alive and then dead and then alive and now dead again throughout this whole season.  They were playing well in the early part of the season and then Judge got hurt and they sucked for awhile and then Judge came back and they looked solid again to only fall flat on their face again.

Not sure it is a manager problem but more of a veteran team that can't stay healthy mixed in with some growing pains of some younger players.

Yes, which goes to prove my theory if the Brewers get into the playoffs, they'll win the World Series. We won't have to worry about playing bad teams like Oakland, Pittsburgh and Washington.

I think he’s HOF no matter what. Last time I looked he actually had positive WAR this season believe it or not.
