NL Wild Card Game 2 - Diamondbacks (Gallen) vs Brewers (Peralta): 10/4/23, 6:08pm

[owbc]

Wow John Schneider is incredibly bad at managing in the postseason. This is the second straight year that he's made some very, very questionable pitching decisions.

[SomewhereInTime]

Today is a must win game.  First one of the year.

I really don’t want this to be Craig’s last game managing the Brewers

[kevinisaname]

Except make that two...

[kevinisaname]

Quite a few pitches, but Freddy's through one.

[BruisedCrew]

Yeah, 20 pitches is not ideal.

[yourout]

Santana is missing some very hittable fastballs

[owbc]

Santana understands the mission

[kevinisaname]

Making Gallen work. I feel like they really need to get to him early.

[duewizard]

Good job Santana

[yourout]

Making him work is great but at some point you have to score runs.

[Underachiever]

Let’s get some runs and get Gallen over 30 pitches

[jason21nl]

Yelich needs to score on that

[tomwopat]

Is a grand slam too much to ask for here?

[Sixtolezcano]

PH for Sal. Bad eye.

[kevinisaname]

Salvatore with the sac fly.

[Underachiever]

Canha hits it on the nose but right at the left fielder. Glad Sal got a run in

[kevinisaname]

WILLY! 2-0.

[DuWayne Steurer]

multiple runs. phew.

Yeah. The guy with a 13% walk rate has a bad eye....

Got what I wanted! Get him to 40!

[Brewcrew82]

Willy's hot.

[duewizard]

Job done. Good

[kevinisaname]

Let's keep the lead this time!

[MrTPlush]

This is going much better than the two times we faced him in the regular season already.
