Robin Yount. Guys can improve, even if they don’t become a hall-of-famer and two-time MVP.

Robin Yount was a rookie at 18 so that comparison in any way is quite the stretch.

And one could find a couple thousand trash player that stayed trash for every exception.

Turang was never a great hitter in the minors. Him not hitting in the majors is hardly shocking.

Moreno can't stay in the game after a 6-minute delay, head into the clubhouse, then come out of the game. That's very poorly handled by the DBacks and their training staff. Clearly a situation where competitive concerns outweighed health ones.

You’re right, suggesting Turang might not be trash was way over the line by me.

How many of these are we going to have this series. Come on baseball gods.

I think we're owed about three 2 out Texas Leaguers

Not saying he is, but he has quite an uphill battle. I think most were pretty skeptical of him coming into the season. He has so little power. Unless he becomes an OBP machine, hard to see him become a decent MLB player.

Best case scenario is Nico Hoerner imo.

Which is possible, but he's going to have to focus on contact and getting on base. He has the eye for it.
