Jackson Holliday looks overmatched

Not by Uribe.

Uribe might need a trip to AAA to straighten out.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

At no point in this game did it feel like this was a win. Two out of three in Baltimore.... I'll take it.

Agreed - but we had Burnes on the ropes & didn’t get a timely hit

At least he won’t get credit for the win today

Come on!  We need to beat Mr. chicken wings!

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Good road trip and good series, but 17 AB with RISP without an RBI is frustrating.

On sports message board complaints, I imagine bullpen decisions rank neck-and-neck with "They're so predictable!!!!!! Why don't they throw the ball more!!!!!" A lot of stuff goes into these decisions, stuff we aren't privy too, but I guess my biggest question about this game would be that Hudson can throw yesterday, he can throw today, but he can't go out for the 7th today? And maybe if you want to close out the sixth w/the bullpen you use Milner there & let Hudson start a frame? Seemed curious, but like I said we don't know what was behind everything.

I'm not as ticked as I might usually be after blowing the 2nd & 3rd no one out & the 3rd w/one out the following inning. Fact is Ortiz turned in what I thought was a terrific AB vs Burnes, he was just bested in the end. Same thing one inning later w/Frelick. The Wiemer AB there was disappointing but not surprising. It's just unfortunate that he's up here IMO.

Rae gave 'em a chance, which is all you can ask for against that lineup.

The game plans offensively have been terrific. Time to start giving Weeks credit there.

Great 'almost' AB there by Turang in the 8th, vs a lefty. He's looked awfully good.
