His last name is 'Whitecotton'. Been coaching that D-Line for four years including the rise of Quinnen Williams. Seems like an extremely smart move and one would think he may have been recommended by Saleh. 

Regardless, Rebrovich clearly didn't add anything more than what we were getting previously - at Edge, pass rush and D-Line. Was the obvious end result. How Bisaccia continues going completely unscathed  is something.

MM would have kept a bad DL coach for 5 years as long as Packers were making the playoffs. The packers are slow to change but it does feel like we are in a much different place than the run it back every year draft and develop TT/MM era.

Gutey said in his press conference that there is an increased urgency now.  So, I assume that means a shorter leash for coaches.  Also, there were rumblings during the season that the DL didn't think like their coach's philosophy, so there may have been pressure from the players to replace him as well.

I have to imagine that when you are a coach from the previous OC/DC regime's selections, that you are going to have a short leash anyway.

I thought they let all the defensive coaches go last year but I see now Rebrovich was a carry over although not as DL coach.
