This series has been smelly, but I think we can get to Kelly!

We will put the barrel to Merrill!

Freddy is an all-star ...

with him, no losing streak goes far!

Texas Rangers and the City of Arlington Globe Life Stadium looks huge to me. The outfield walls are eight feet in height from the left field foul pole to the right field foul pole. The batter’s eye structure in centerfield is 120 feet in length and 40 feet high.

Globe Life Field Dimensions

Left Field Line: 329 feet (Adrian Beltre’s #29)

Left Field Power Alley: 372 feet (Rangers’ first year in Arlington--1972)

Center Field (straightaway): 407 feet (Ivan Rodriguez’ #7)

Deepest Distance of Park (both left and right of straightaway CF): 410 feet (Michael Young’s #10)

Right Field Power Alley: 374 (The Turnaround Gang, 57 to 84 wins--1974)

Right Field Line: 326 feet (Johnny Oates’ #26)

In addition, there is a distance marker in left field at 334 feet from home plate to recognize Nolan Ryan’s #34.

The distance from home plate straight back to the screen of the Field Suites is 42 feet, which honors Jackie Robinson’s #42.

LOL, Bruce Bochy calls his replacement players for all the hurt TX Ranger superstars, "The Little Rascals."  I'm beginning to think on average, after about 7 years or so in the MLB your already on the baseball production downslope.

Not being critical of the lineup choices on a getaway day, but it's hard not to look at Perkins-Jansen-Ortiz and assume that's probably a 1 for 10 day with a few ks and maybe 2 walks if we're lucky.

Hoping this proves to be a great cold take in a few hours.

A baseball player wearing a Milwaukee Brewers uniform with the number 9, running on a field. The uniform is gray with yellow and blue accents, including a helmet and gloves. Text overlay lists the starting lineup for the Milwaukee Brewers, including names like Turang, Chourio, Yelich, and others.

Blue moon tonight.  Contreras not in the lineup.

I mentioned the other day how I thought this would be a good day to sit Contreras. I wasn't confident that it would actually happen, though.

Maybe, just maybe Perkins is emerging a litte bit given his last handful of ABs.

If the Brewers don't win the division I should be banned. However, they will.
