I guess my perspective is what's the point of having that fear? It's either going to happen or it's not. if it does we can all be pissed/mad/sad/mad at that point. No need to borrow grief from the future and suffer twice.'

I try to be a realist and realistically we are a couple innings a away from wrapping up the most successful regular season in franchise history. And we also may struggle in the playoffs. But one of those is happening and worth celebrating and the other one remains to be seen.

/end rant and go brewers.

Sure, also, realistically, they haven't played very well for the last five weeks.  Nobody is telling anyone how to be a fan or interpret reality, or how to engage their emotions, except a couple of people who need their emotional protectionism.

They haven’t nearly been at full strength those five weeks and a lot of people the last few weeks have gotten days off and rest for the playoffs.

Would you also agree it is realistic that the Brewers have played mediocre baseball for the past five weeks? Can’t both perspectives be expressed?

Not sure we will be full strength once the playoffs begin next weekend

Not having Woody at all or Megill completely healthy is a big deal

Ortiz seems to swing at a lot of balls.  No plate discipline

What incredible insight … Ortiz is an offensive liability … wow 😮 😬

Yeah the sky is also blue….but he swung at a ball that almost hit him and then one that was practically in the other batters box.   Like dude.  Its OK to take a pitch…

The GT is literally the same 5-6 posters ******** and moaning every game claiming the game is over after the first two innings when they’re down by 2 runs. It’s been overran by the same few people and all the actual knowledgeable conversation is completely gone

TBH, I whine more when we're up by 6 early!

This forum is definitely full of both Eeyore & Pollyanna posters

Nice win!

No, I don't mind the Eeyores and Pollyannas. In fact, I kind of like them.

It's the angry people I avoid. Not that I'm better or anything. I just avoid that.
