The problem is he was hundreds of feet away. He tagged up and left when Frelick jumped and originally had it in his glove. Once it popped out and he recaught it he returned to tag up again. That’s what he had to do if the ball had never hit the wall and he simply recaught his own unintentional juggle.

No, if it's a juggled ball, you can leave as soon as it touches the glove. He didn't need to go back and tag up there. The second the ball touches leather, the runner can go.

That was a big error on the Dodgers.

I get the other guys being confused, but the guy on 3rd has zero excuses.

Yuck, Yelich. He looks overmatched.

Mr. rollover or whiff, (Yelich) looks like a little leaguer against a college pitcher. The Crew needs a much better effort from him if they are going to have a chance in this series.

Snell is on top of his game, unfortunately

Yup... he is. He's got us all off balance with that change.

Gotta get to this Dodgers pen. And GOTTA get Betts right here.

Yeah, I mean, it’s an awesome play by the Brewers, but there’s no way that a baseball team should finish that play not up 1-0 without some poor base running and mental errors.

Smith left second, so if Frelick actually caught the ball he had to tag up.  He just didn't realize that it wasn't a catch.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

He did foul tip his last strikeout to be fair.

He's been so bad that his last at bat was actually an improvement because he took it full and fouled some off.  But things are so amplified in the playoffs it's easy to forget he went 3 for 4 in Game 1 of the NLDS and doubled in game 2.  Since then he's 0 for 8 with a couple of walks and 4 strikeouts including tonight.

Yup... it was a weird situation and he obviously just made a mental mistake...

Now I really wish Snell would make a physical one! Or the Brewers could lay off that ****** Changeup.

It's only a matter of time before LA starts crossing home plate.

Bats need to come alive and soon!
