Turang has looked pretty bad at the plate the last few days. He’s struck out in about half of his ABs and most of them have been with defensive swings or looking at pitches right down the middle.

Classic “not seeing the ball well”.

All things being equal, Sproat is just not the guy I'd hope to open this series with.

The point was made with one post, but maybe it’s just as well to have him today because the offense probably won’t be doing much with Imanaga.

Sorry Vinny, but I don’t think a bullet Kiner to center is going to give a struggling pitcher confidence that his stuff is going to get outs.

I can tell already that this game is going to make me mad so it’s probably better to just turn it off and check later and hope for an unexpected pleasant surprise.
