Three doubles and a near home run is not the way to start your night. Is it officially time to worry about Harrison?

To be fair, one of those should have been caught and then who knows.  Lara has to be better if his glove is his main calling card.

Nah, value is still overwhelming in Brewers favor with Drohan and Hamilton. Like not even close

I don't know. Not that I've been playing close attention but lately I've been seeing a lot of stuff about Durbin turning it around.

Have you seen Durbin’s turnaround?

And hey, still not saying we lost it, certainly. Still love the trade. Just saying 6 weeks in was probably a little early to draw final conclusions. And it’s probably still too early.

I still think it's debatable that Lara should have caught it. Either way, it was a result of Harrison giving up a bomb just feet short of going over the wall.

I’m sorry, what?  That ball 100% should have been caught

If Lara is gold glove in center why is he in right?

You take a young kid who is learning on the fly why not keep him in his comfort zone? It doesn't make sense to me. He looks like he hasn't played much right field.

If that was Sal, the IGT would be losing their stuff.

It wasn't close enough to challenge because he was clearly out Jeff.  Not because it was the 2nd inning.

I hope Perkins didn’t unpack his bags. Lara might not make it through this game.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Lara definitely looks a little lost in RF.

MAYBE not a good idea to move him around the OF until he gets acclimated to one position.

Padres selected the contract of INF/OF Luis Rengifo from Triple-A El Paso.

Rengifo receives the call to replace an injured Samad Taylor (oblique) on San Diego’s bench after latching on with the organization back in late June. The versatile 29-year-old was cut loose by the Brewers last month after hitting .205//280/.254 with zero homers and three steals across 209 plate appearances in 57 games.
