Gary stares at a hanging curveball right down the middle and then chases one in the dirt on the next pitch. Such a frustrating watch today the offense is.

If Lara is going to replace Bauers why not hit Lara and save Contreras? Wouldn't you want Lara running anyway? Isn't this manager 101? Murphy is a trip.

Lara should be playing every day. He was called up to play. Frelick is down. He has been fine, not struggling. He looks like a major league hitter. I don’t know what we are doing here. It’s not like he needed a rest.

I get the thought of stealing there but to be thrown out by that much is awful.

I think that was a called hit and run and not a straight steal.  The Marlins just guessed correctly as the pitch was close to being a pitch out.

A hit and run makes no sense in that situation.

No way it was a hit and run with one out and a man on 3rd.  No Way!

I'm not talking about that play.

Never said it made sense just what it looked like was called.

You don't have to swing.  In that situation you don't swing and hope the runner makes it.

Our announcers are such aggressively stupid homers.  How many near misses have the Brewers had today?  Not many?  They've sucked consistently throughout the whole game.

My little league team would never get caught looking as much as this Brewers team. 2 strikes you gotta defend the plate. I wonder what the Brewers philosophy is?

Do I have concerns that we're winning despite not being able to hit the ball half of our games? I'd rather not talk about it.

Sometimes it works in July. In October, no chance.
