So, what was the point of picking up Heuer?  This one makes me puzzled.

Insurance in case they could not get any RP at the deadline.  That's the only thing  that makes sense to me.  This was really a Yoho for Naylor trade.  I doubt Perkins had much trade value.  Likely was a DFA candidate.

I am positive you’re right. Trading Yoho left them short a bullpen arm with major league experience, so Cleveland included Heuer. Now they need his 40 man spot.

Yoho for Naylor is kind of not good.  Perkins is who he is, liked him, but we have replacements.
