Hell no. You have to bring your #2 back with 60 pitches. He just... couldn't throw the damn ball to 1B.

I’m really getting concerned about the sloppy play. They got away with it against the Padres, especially in game two where they basically gave away every run that Padres got.

They’re doing the same thing today and they have squandered the advantage they had by getting Yamamoto out of the game early.

Looking back, both Woodruff and Peralta were pretty uninspiring performers. Burnes actually had a few gems the offense let him down. Once 8 inning with one run given up…got hit with the loss.

Six runs in four games against the Braves in 2021 and four runs against the Dodgers in four games in 2025. That kind of run production isn’t going to produce many wins.
