If that lineup is real I am sort of suprised that everyone is excited about it. 5-9 that is the worst lineup that any MLB team will field this week.

Anyone else think we struggle on O today?

Yeah, I'll go ahead and say we will, but how is that different than any other day for the past 2 months?

Doesn't mean you completely screw over the lineup.

We have an automatic out 5-9 today, essentially. Unless Helms continues his hitting.

Awful lineup.

Why though? Helms is hitting near .300 on the season in limited duty. Magruder hits well against lefites (much moreso than Jenks), Hardy has been coming around as of late when he's played (as pointed out in another thread) and well, I can't defend Moeller/Davis, but I never could.

Is that the actual lineup? The biggest surprise to me is no Cirillo. Didn't he do something last night? Can't remember what it was but it seemed like something. I was guessing no JJ tonight.

According to CBS sportline's website, that is the lineup.

Good call Chris on being completely wrong. This is Week's debut, at least this year anyways.

This lineup sucks!!!

Where's Cirillo? Homerun and a double yesterday and today he sits? Against a lefty?

I'm all about Rickie Weeks playing tonight, but Hall should be at SS instead of JJ, and Cirillo should be at 3B.

Jenkins vs lefties

.212/.307/.379/.685

Overbay vs lefties

.208/.255/.354/.609

Those two vs lefties have been automatic outs all season

Thanks Maas, I did not know that he was hurt.

I better take him out of my fantasy lineup http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/happy.gif

I don't remember being this excited for Antone Williamson's first start.

Nor do I remember being this excited for Kevin Barker's big league debut!

As I sit and begin to watch this game, with all of excitement surrounding Weeks' debut, I do have the same feelings I had when Sheffield made his ML debut.

Let's hope that history doesn't repeat.

Edit: I do realize this is not Weeks' ML debut, but certainly does feel like he's here to stay this time.
