Ford is the centerfielder of that crew...cain could definitely handle, but feels comfortable in the corners...brantley is behind those guys in defense..and no where near as fast... he could probably play center, but he's behind 5 guys in the minors (tgj, moss, cain, ford, fermaint) and certainly not the defender steven chapman is...

Dinosaur Jr. --- Bug I don't know how i've not been a dinosaur jr. fan forever, but i will be from now on...This album is absolutely perfect. It's crunchy. It's loud. It's out of control. But at the same time it's very focused pop which makes it classically awesome.

Lorenzo Cain is a very good prospect: He hits for average, runs very well, plays very good outfeild defense, carries a high OBP, and projects to develop a lot of power... The people at BA, and myself see Lorenzo as a possible .300 hitter with 30/30 skills...that makes him a great prospect...Add in that he experience lots of success in West Virginia last year and you have it... Baseball America ranked him the 6th best prospect in the system, so of course they are going to give him credit...

here's a link to his statistics over at the baseball cube: Minor League Stats He's been a good reliever, but he seems like an odd choice for a 40 man spot. He seems like the kind of guy the Brewers will try to pass through waivers themselves later in the spring.

the numbers represent what the pecota projection system things those minor leaguers would hit/pitch i9n the majors in 2007... ryan braun is good

Salome is the epitome of a hard working, focused ball player. Lou Palmisano and Angel Salome have very little in common. I think Angel could make the majors on will power alone, nevermind talent, which he has in boatloads.

three posts in a row by me--- Bikeage--- thanks for the recs...i really like the ergs and the marked men...your band is fun too...if you guys make it south, i'll find you check out: Tracer Metula The singer/guitarist here has been one of my best friends since grade school...and he's rockin it pixies styles.. I Married my High School Sweetheart Is another old friend...he's solo with a laptop, but it makes for fun times Reeve Hunter More synth pop, but somewhere deep in there, he really likes pedro the lion and pavement Two Week Notice ...is long gone...but all their stupid friends got rich (copeland, cartel, taking back saturday, norma jean)...cheer up hudson and maybe he'll write more songs.. The Hillary Step Is apparently something the two week notice guys are doing postal service style... well---i'll send these guys a bill for the plugs later...but check 'em out...because they all deserve better treatment than the industry gave them
