  1. Sure it does. Don't think Baltimore will have any interest this time around.
  2. Didn't expect Jungmann to pitch that well, guess it just speeds up Goforth being sent down for Scooter probably in time for Thursday's game.
  3. My prediction of the next few days: Jungmann up - Sardinas down, Jungmann down - Gennett up, Cravy up - Goforth down
  4. Based on that chart hopefully he is able to maintain the remainder of this year and they are able to trade him in the off season, the next trading deadline or the deadline after at the latest.
  5. I just want them to be smart as well. If the Brewers have to add the player to the 40 man at the end of the year then feel free to bring them up and take a look. However, don't bring up a guy like Hobbs Johnson or Kyle Wren just for kicks when the 40 man spot can be used to claim another guy during the off season or to add somebody else to the 40 man that they might otherwise lose.
  6. I thought i would hate it but went to my first Mallards game this weekend and didn't mind the netting down the line at all.
  7. Fine, he will be one and done and already on the 40 man. Probably will see Cravy again the start after.
  8. He has always had the on base skills and been young for his level. I'm counting on him and Arcia setting up the table at the big league level for years to come. Not tempering my expectations for him.
  9. Yeah, Miller Park Prospects had an updated ranking last week and had him at 16, with one of their staff having him at 21. Wake up people.
  10. Nobody can be certain of that because it has not been done before. I thought he could be traded before but don't see it anymore because there is uncertainty and has been too small a sample size to see if it works long term.
  11. I don't know, Reed is the better player and has to be added to the 40 man after the season so could be one of the guys that that gets optioned back and forth in 2016.
  12. Per Adam McCalvy it is the thumb issue with Braun but was a preplanned procedure. Should be back Sunday.
  13. Would have liked to have seen Cravy make another start but they do need outfielders so glad for Peterson. I would bet Jungmann is next since he is on the 40 man and he already burned his option. Wonder how long they will go with switching between Wagner/Cravy/Jungmann as the 5th starter as I imagine the next guy will be sent right back down with the Smith suspension coming.
  14. 3-0 with a 1.89 ERA his last three starts, hopefully he stays hot. Still walking too many though.
  15. After hearing about this claim I had to see where the other Hernan in MLB history is at and he is stilling playing minor league ball in the Reds organization.
  16. That is really too bad, seasons like this are tough but it is always nice when guys like him get a shot in the bigs and I think he would have received that shot this year. Seems to have on base skills and may have been an option off the bench in 2016.
  17. Michael Blazek and Will Smith have not given up a home run in a combined 47 innings of work. K-Rod has only served up one and many were worried about that going into the season.
  18. Really should have just went with the Brewers experience and obviously Selig was a big part of that early on and would be somebody that was featured. It then could be updated on a regular basis without impacting the whole attraction.
  19. Because my kids always like to run around the bases, curious to know if the Brewers still let the kids run around the bases after the game.
  20. Probably make sense to send Wagner back down for bullpen help. Bring up Chapman for a few games, he has experience and they havr the 40 man space.
  21. Would rather give Reed a shot at cf in the minors before calling him up. It will be nice having a guy with on base skills though. Power is starting to develop as well with OPS in mid 900s.
  22. Difficult to seperate though since the whole premise of the topic is will he be blacklisted because of PEDs and his lies,
  23. So are you saying that Cravy should have had an opportunity last year and you are upset that he was passed over this year because he was stuck in Colorado? I would agree that where he is at now isn't the best place but it was different last year with the Brewers being in contention and not really needing much starting help plus the fact that Cravy got injured fairly early on. Jungmann was pitching well in AA last year also but only did okay when going to Nashville and certainly hasn't helped things with his performance thus far this year.
  24. Actually quite the opposite, it is an anti-Brewers move. Not sure why you would say it is typical.
  25. Do nightmares count?
