Everyone says that yes we do agree with Braun that the Brewers need starting pitching. What Braun did by saying this to the media tipped the hand of the team. Sure other teams may have an inkling that the Brewers need pitching, but a player saying as much to the media screams of desperation and will weaken our position in any potential deal.

Well this discussion is about Miller Park the baseball stadium, and its comfort level for players/fans. This empty hole in the middle of the building is actually the only reason the building is there. While I understand that you had a hand in building something, (not related to this discussion as this is about the seating bowl/playing field) try to expand your viewpoints to the points in the thread.

I guess I will choose to remember him as the guy who captivated audiences in a way no one has come close to since. If he hadn't been as talented and phenomenal as an entertainer, the things he did later in life would have never been news. It's a shame what became of him, but I will always remember his prime and I'm sure everyone who experienced that era will never forget it either. RIP MJ. A true entertainer.

I imagine that there are some, many perhaps, who would want someone with the same initials (reversed) to step down as well. Deserved or not.

It would be incredibly expensive to retrofit an A/C system to the park, not to mention the added electricity costs. And where would the A/C infrastructure go? Most large buildings have the A/C units on the roof. Even without that option, the building was not planned to have A/C from the start, so something would have to move to make room for the new equipment.

I pay 50 cents a day for World of Warcraft ($15/mo), money very well spent considering how addicted to the game I am and how much time I spend on it. I see no problem at all with game subscription fees, especially since as noted above they are constantly updated and new content is added on a regular basis.

Last year it actually made the Brewers money by making the playoffs. Maybe Ned could have led them there, maybe not. Fact is, he was dropped and they made the playoffs. Just saying. Also didn't hurt the Marlins with Jack McKeon coming on midseason '03.
