    Throw in some blaze orange too! Haha. I really could see this working. They already sell a bunch of sports stuff in a camo version, mind as well go next level. In an era where the more ridiculous the uniform, the better, lets go with it. Have a bar at the new stadium looking down towards the court and call it the Tree Stand too!

    So, knowing what you know now, you would rather have a unknown commodity that may or may not help the Brewers in 3,4, or 5 years than someone who is clearly helping the Brewers right now? I could understand this line of thought last year when the Brewers were not in contention with or without Lohse. However, this year is a different story and Lohse has definitely been a big part of the Brewers success. Not to mention what it appears he has been doing for his teammates. Seems like a great clubhouse. Also, there is potential still that he returns us something in a trade. Not saying that will happen, but we will see. He's been great!

    I'm going 15-13. I hope we start the month hot and can get healthy. Will be a nice boost to start getting some of these guys back. I too worry about COL, especially there.

    Was having a text discussion last night with two Brewer fans about this very topic. Just talking about what he's pulled off. We really have had a chance to compete for the post season for several years in a row. That's nothing to sneeze at, being in such a small market. We actually look like we are in a good place, despite not having blue chippers in the minors.

    After hearing the ESPN fantasy baseball guys talk about Khris and his chase rate, I looked this up on Fangraphs. I think you will find it very interesting. % of pitches swung at, outside the strike zone, for Khris Davis: 2013 (in MLB) - 31.7% April 2014 - 39.8% May 2014 - 25.2% Looks like someone is making adjustments! I hope it's not just a fluke of "seeing the ball better." Stay hot Krush!

    I don't like the risk associated with Embiid. I also think that being a C brings more risk for staying healthy. I would stay far away from him, even if his ceiling is so high. His floor is basement deep and we do not need that.

    yet Cruz gets no boo's for PED usage and a 50-game suspension LOL Yes, most guys don't get too much crap. The problem is Braun was an MVP and was way too vocal about his denial. Also, the thought out there is he ruined someone's life (the tester). I'm sure it's somewhat overblown, but he just came across as a wanker to the general public, hence the booing. Cruz is crushing. Could he have played 1b for us????? If Yuni can, anyone can.

    Great series win. I too am glad to be done with the O's. They have a dangerous lineup. Our offense is looking good right now and it's a lot of fun to watch. If we could ever put it all together at the same time, we would be pretty amazing. Until then, it seems we have to screw something up (pitching, defense, running bases, hitting). Oh well, keeps it interesting.

    I have a perma-grin still! I fell asleep, woke up to Joe Block recap, pulled up highlights, went to bed happy. How cool was that win???!!!! I agree, I hope this sparks us! We have to stop throwing games away. I can't handle it!!!!

    The Way Way Back I kept ignoring this on HBO and finally saw it as a recommendation on IMDB so I watched the trailer. Seemed good so I gave it a shot. Wow, I really liked this one. I was looking for a feel good movie and that's what I got. Some good laughs. This one really surprised me and I'm glad I watched it. We are the Millers Had no idea this was more of a raunchy comedy, which I enjoy. This one too, surprised me. There are some dumb parts, but overall, I laughed pretty hard at this one. Looking forward to part two! The Secret Life of Walter Mitty Overall pretty solid but I felt it could have been better. I had a harder time getting in to this right away. I also felt like there were a few areas that needed more information/time to develop. Another feel good movie to cap off a solid week of movies that made me laugh and smile. Anyone have any recommendations similar to The Way Way back and Secret Life? Just curious because I'm kind of digging the feel good stories right now.

    Pretendastronaut - Thanks for always posting the lineups! I like this lineup a lot. I wonder if we are better off going this way until ARam is back. Also, where does ARam bat in this lineup (with Braun 2nd)?

    Ya I agree, I believe no matter what play is on, freeze on a liner. Either way it is a terrible loss. Mad about it.

    Got to get rid of this kid this week. I was all for trying to keep him around but it's really evident he can't even be used if we are ever up, even by 10 runs. Time to go. If we can work out a trade, great, but it needs to be done this week. If we can't, take the risk that nobody picks him up.

    Scooter is the future 2b. Weeks is on his way out. You don't want to mess with Scooter right now, that would not be smart. I would love to see Weeks just suck it up and try something, but I don't believe it will be pretty. We need a GM to overreact and trade for Weeks so we can be done with this!
