  1. Right but it is just getting by the first screening. Once you are able to get past that you should be able to explain why you are looking for a position that doesn't match your current address. Unless the company is looking to hire someone right away then this shouldn't be an issue.
  2. Not sure where you want to relocate to but the TSMC plant here in Phoenix is almost finished, I believe the office part has been finished. None of these are remote positions: Supply Chain Procurement Manager: https://ro.careers.tsmc.com/job/Phoenix-Supply-Chain-Procurement-Manager-AZ-85083/942986610/ Senior Manager of Leadership/Management Development: https://ro.careers.tsmc.com/job/Phoenix-Senior-Manager-of-LeadershipManagement-Development-AZ-85001/940998610/ Supply Chain Logistics Manager: https://ro.careers.tsmc.com/job/Phoenix-Supply-Chain-Logistics-Manager-AZ-85083/942986810/ If you prefer something more centrally located then ONSemi is another company that is hiring here in Phoenix and other locations. This company is in Scottsdale so closer to Tempe and Phoenix. USAA is always hiring out here and a lot of their jobs are 75-100% remote. The USAA campus in Phoenix is on the norther side of Phoenix just north of the I-17 and loop 101 junction. But if I were to work for USAA I would prefer the San Antonio office, I applied to a job there about five years ago and that campus is just awesome.
  3. The NFLPA is going to file a grievance due to RB’s getting the shaft. They are not going to let something like this slide. The valuation that they are placing on JT is about double what they are willing to pay him. Not just now but in the future. They don’t have to offer him anything more but the NFLPA is still going to file a grievance. This is more about the general NFL RB market than it is about JT. This is going to be a grievance against the NFL not the Colts.
  4. If the Colts don't offer him a #1 RB type contract then their evaluation on his trade value is going to make the NFLPA very unhappy. Like I said previously the NFLPA is probably going to file a grievance against the Colts for this and they probably have a good case and may win in arbitration. If you are going to value JT at about $15m and you are only willing to pay less than half of that. That is going to be a tough sell in arbitration when this is brought up. Though this may become nothing if JT gets a contract that helps out the RB's in FA. Possibly something like a 1-year deal with an agreement to not place the franchise tag on him after the season.
  5. The only thing I would suggest is to not include your address in your resume. Name, phone, email or LinkedIn link is all you should really be putting on your resume. Also try applying outside of the industry that you were working in. A few of the new hires that we hired have been outside the banking industry and one outside of the financial industry.
  6. Probably hiding the ball really well.
  7. Agents will have no say as the player has no say on who will pick them. So it is matching players to teams.
  8. Nothing in the MLB rule book that is publicly available that I could find. So your guess is as good as mine.
  9. Of the teams ahead of the Brewers who need bullpen help are: Phillies, Cubs, Blue Jays, Rangers, Dbacks and Red Sox. One of those teams are going to take Moore before the Brewers even get a chance to pick him up. There aren't enough players on the waiver wire to get past this many teams, The Giants or the Reds probably take one of the starting pitchers while the Cubs, Phillies, Blue Jays, Rangers, Dbacks and Red Sox pick over the relief pitchers. The Rangers are in desperate need of relief pitching so if Moore is there then they are probably going to pick him up.
  10. Won't even make it to the Brewers who are at 25th as of today.
  11. He has absolutely sucked this year a 78 WRc+ means he has absolutely sucked this year regardless of how well he has hit lefties. Overall he has absolutely sucked this year. His advanced stats back this all up as he is bottom of the league in nearly everything outside of defense.
  12. Not really as he doesn't even have enough batted balls to even register anything of importance. I would expect all of his stats to be worse than Anderson or at the best about the same. He sucks it would be trading one turd sandwich for another turd sandwich.
  13. Again the Yankees waived two players who have absolutely sucked this year. Teams do this all the time it will not exclude them from picking someone up.
  14. So replace a turd sandwich with another turd sandwich?
  15. Just because they dropped Donaldson why would that have any impact on picking up someone like Giolito? Donaldson has sucked horribly this year it is surprising they have kept him for this long.
  16. I wouldn't be surprised if he does but I am not expecting it to happen. As of today the Brewers would be 25th. The teams that could benefit from this are the Yankees, Marlins, Reds, Giants, Twins, Red Sox, Dbacks and the Cubs. All of these teams have a higher priority than the Cubs. The Cubs are 20th in the order so it is possible one player gets to them but unlikely. The Yankees and Reds need pitching so I don't think Giolito gets past them or past the Giants or Red Sox. Miami could use another bat so Renfroe or Grichuk make some sense for them. The Twins could use a bullpen arm so Moore makes some sense there also. The Giants could also benefit from Giolito as he would fill a rotation hole. I expect all of the players to get picked up before some of the current playoff leaders even get to pick. I think we can expect a rule change this off season to deal with this just not sure what they are going to do.
  17. That wasn't pointed at you mostly just disappointed this has to be posted every year to clarify. The rules haven't changed in a long time either other than going from 25 to 26.
  18. I can't remember which version but if I played up to a certain year the game would always crash probably has to do with how they calculate years is my guess.
  19. Since this gets asked every year I will just leave this here for everyone https://www.mlb.com/glossary/transactions/postseason-roster-rules-eligibility
  20. Sigh every year this gets asked about postseason eligibility and this hasn't changed in a long time. Here are the rules for postseason eligibility: https://www.mlb.com/glossary/transactions/postseason-roster-rules-eligibility
  21. He wouldn't need to do a rehab if he is just going to be a pinch runner in September.
  22. I think it will be Hiura and Winker with Mitchell replacing Wiemer and Lauer/Ashby replacing Chafin. Mitchell is probably your pinch runner with Hiura and Winker being late inning off the bench bats. I don’t see much playing time for Hiura as Yelich, Contreras, Canha and Tellez are all going to get games at DH. That leaves maybe one game a week for Hiura/Winker to start as the DH.
  23. Going to bump this up just watched episode 5 and this was the best episode. The story is really interesting and I just love it. If you are looking for a show to watch and you like wrestling then you have to watch this.
  24. Cowboys trade a 4th round pick to the 49ers for Trey Lance. https://sports.yahoo.com/breaking-49ers-trade-qb-trey-232228303.html
