Marquette in the top 10 now. That should get them a 4 or 5 seed in the tourney shouldn't it? This is assuming they win their conference and don't have a bad loss. Could they possibly get a #3 seed? I don't think they will get a #1 or a #2 seed but I think 3-5 is possible with an almost a guarantee that they will be no lower than a 10 seed.

You can use water. Rent (or buy if your house is prone to flooding) a wet/dry vac. You should be able to get it mostly dry and whatever isn't you could just use a fan or two pointed at the wet spots. This is basically how we dried the basement in the house I grew up in (the floors were concrete and the outside wasn't sealed properly so every time we had a decent rain, water would leak into the basement.) The problem is that it's not just my house, it's a 4-unit building with three other owners. The water is going to drip down the stairs over other parts of the stairs where people may go in/out their side door and down to the bottom which is like a storage area where people keep some things. It's hard to describe; picture four flat condos stacked on top of each other. Just need to clean a couple of 4x8 areas and a few steps without water running down over a common area of the building. You could use a steam cleaner instead. You would still have some water but not as much should be easier to control. Plus you wouldn't need a very big one either a handheld steam cleaner should do the job. -
Are you sure your TV has bluetooth? Sounds like it only has WiFi connectivity I am thinking the wireless you are talking about for the Roku speakers are connected through WiFi and not bluetooth. Might want to check your TV specs and see if it has bluetooth capability from what I could find online it doesn't look like most Roku TV's have bluetooth as a component.

That is a good thing as that movie was just horrible. I don't think I laughed once at any of the jokes that were made it was just a horrible movie and I will leave it at that.

A buddy of mine said the same thing, he sent me his albums digitally, I downloaded them but haven't listened yet. He also is not a country guy at all, and neither am I, but for whatever reason, Stapleton hit a chord with him. I like his version of Tennessee Whiskey better than the original. It sounds more like a blues song than a country song.

Normally I hate all fan made stuff but this was rather good. Kind of sad that Disney monetized this when Lucas Films told him he wouldn't be able to monetize or crowdfund this. He had to put all of his own money into this and Disney just goes ahead and basically steals it.

I've been doing some research on VR ever since my girlfriend and I played once this last fall and had a fun time. Neither of us are gamers but I think something that got us up off the couch and moving and competing and/or being teammates would be a lot of fun. I see the PS4 vr system gets good reviews. Can you run more than one headset off of one console for the games? I don't believe you can. Only one per console.

If you are getting stressed over finals it is more than likely your own fault. I never got stressed over finals the only stress I had was if I was going to get a B or an A. Basically no stress at all because I already did the work to get the grade I wanted. Plus nearly all finals are pushovers compared to the actual work you put in during the semester. People get stressed because they try to cram a semester worth of work into that final week. If you were doing everything you had to do during the semester the finals wouldn't be all that stressful. I also did all of this while working a 35-40 hour week job. I don't see the stress for finals.

Martinez is worse in the OF than Thames is. Martinez is strictly a 1B/DH type actually probably more DH than 1B. The Cardinals will probably want Hiura or someone similar in a trade with the Brewers.

Jay is someone I would take in the rule 5 draft as I believe he has the stuff to get MLB hitters out. He maybe another Hader type.

I would think the Brewers would have some interest in Keuchel not really a Chacin type but contact pitchers seem to be at a market deficiency now. -
I wonder if this would work? If you want to be considered for the National championship then you have to schedule 5 games against teams that were ranked in the top 25 in the previous season with 3 of those games at a minimum being out of conference games. If you don't have 5 games scheduled you can't be considered for the championship game. Could be hard to fit this in schedule wise but it should help with determining a more consistent national championship. Could keep the 4 team playoffs also.

There is no inability to make moves. Goldy wasn't a fit for the Brewers and Corbin was over priced for the Brewers. There are plenty of moves yet to make and the winter meetings haven't even started yet.

You should count your home as part of your retirement income as you can either sell and consolidate to a smaller home or keep it and only have to pay taxes and utilities. Paying just taxes and utilities depending on your area should be less than paying rent.
