    Has there been any big name rumored to be traded lately? I check MLBTradeRumors daily and haven't seen anything. I saw Either to the Yankees suggest but that was just a beat writer's opinion.

    Take this for whatever you think it means... Watching the Phillies ST broadcast and the announcers were talking about Yuni signing with Milwaukee. One said, "I don't know if they thought he was that good when they had him a few years ago." The other chimed in, "We heard they didn't."

    Those VW commercials with the horribly obvious and terrible voice overs. Apparently whoever they hired to do their commercials doesn't know how to mic properly.

    They could just release Yuni. Gonzalez takes Yuni's utility role and Rivera starts at first. Makes sense but won't happen.

    Milwaukeebrewers.com now has a 25 man roster up, but with only 24 men on it. Maybe it's just in between updates but Gallardo, Lohse, Estrada, Fiers, Narveson and Peralta are all listed as is Khris Davis.

    Not really a fan of the ball and glove logo. I mean I get the concept, but it does nothing for me. Probably because I have no personal attachment to it since it was before my time as a Brewer fan.

    I've seen this from other posters too. Why? More uniforms mean more merchandise to sell and more money for the team. The Brewers "standard" uni's are dull, lifeless, corporate, and totally blah. I like the variations and I'm really digging the You-niforms.

    He'll be Craig Counsell. Not really good at any one thing but not terrible either and some team will give him more playing time than he deserves.

    Kyle Lohse doesn't put fans in the seats. Your average fair weather fan has no clue who Lohse is.

Lohse with the Cardinals: 809 IP 3.90 ERA 1.279 WHIP 9.3 H/9 2.2 BB/9 5.6 K/9 101 ERA+ Lohse the rest of his career: 1162 IP 4.82 ERA 1.432 WHIP 10.1 H/9 2.8 BB/9 5.7K/9 95 ERA+ Almost a run less of ERA, a .153 drop in WHIP, and almost 1 less hit per inning with the Cardinals while K and BB rates stay about the same. Lohse is a product of playing in St. Louis. He is a disaster waiting to happen.

    I will not root for him. He is a crap pitcher who lucked into a couple halfway decent seasons in a row right before free agency. He will be a bigger bust than Suppan, mark my words and I will boo him to the World Series if I have to.

    Nooooooooooo! Lohse is trash. I have never hated a move this team has made since Doug and Mark took over but I hate this. I don't care if Kyle wins a Cy Young this year I will hate him and boo him every chance I get.

    I can't see a team trading anything worthwhile for him. Might as well just stash him in the bullpen until he totally bombs or he's arbitration eligible.

    The US is never going to do well because the US players don't care as much as the other countries do. That's not to say that they don't care but it's pretty obvious that it is a huge deal to these other countries and most of the US players treat it as spring training.

    The only way I see Lalli making the team is if Maldonado is the regular first baseman.

    Off topic but what is so great about Vin Scully? Through one inning so far he has said that Tayler Green and "John" Segura are battling for the starting short stop position. "Chris" Gomez is playing center field. And talked about Lucroy being involved in the WBC brawl between Mexico and the US. Plus he never stops talking. A little dead air every now and then isn't a bad thing.
