    The Mets must have low balled pretty hard, or even just pulled the offer. I feel like Rocker had so much to lose here. He's going to lose a year of MLB salary to try to get picked top 10 again and there will be major questions about his health next year.

    Can they try to send Shaw and Vogelbach to the minors? Usually I would expect them to elect for FA but they may prefer to stick around for the chance at playoff baseball. Plus they may not get many offers at this point in the season.

    If I was a Rockies fan I would probably just find another team at this point. They have a bottom 5 MLB roster, bottom 5 farm system, last 2 draft picks were high school outfielders, gonna let Story go for a comp pick and Gray for nothing most likely. It will be 5 years til they have any hope of being good.

    I've seen several people say this. Olson hasn't shown much other than he walks a lot of guys. Am I missing something with him? Has been trending in the right direction with a good start to the year, a velo bump up to 97 and with 3-4 pitches looks likely to stick as a starter. Though had a few poor starts in 2nd half of 2021.
