  1. Glad to see Thompson staying within the organization hopefully scouting for us but also not the GM. Let another Wolf era begin! I also don’t think McCarthy needs to go.
  2. Wasn’t the only time he played well in the 4th quarter of games?
  3. Down with the SEC! Harbaugh losing is still fun. UCF is the national champs in my book. Screw the playoff system.
  4. I’d be good with holding off on drafting a QB in this draft and targeting a guy next year. Trace McSorely peaks my interest for some reason.
  5. What I find odd about Hundley for the Packers is that he doesn’t even seem to fit their mold for their offense. What was the goal there? He’s more of a Kaepernick type than a McCarthy style offense.
  6. Kid just isn’t good enough. I would have more patience if he was a first year player but he’s not. I wish they had taken more of a look at Callahan. Ya just never know.
  7. Or it shows you from year to year, really anything can happen. The Vikings were meh a year ago and could very well be next season. The 9ers are hot but couldn’t win a game without Garapolo. It’s the NFL. Other than the Pats, all franchises have ups and downs and miss the post season for numerous reasons. The Packers have been very lucky in other years to get in. It just is what it is but there is plenty of talent on this roster to build back up and go at it again next season. Just shows you not to put all your chips in one backup qb who has zero experience. It ended up wasting a season for GB.
  8. Badgers need a near perfect beginning to the B10 schedule now if they want to make their 20th consecutive trip to the tourney.
  9. ahem....... What can I say, they faced a team that’s just a little bit worse. Already booked my weekend in Indy for the rematch with OSU next season.
  10. Horni4Heisman Let the campaign begin. Why couldn’t that guy come to play against OSU?
  11. Badgers just aren’t that good. Case closed.
  12. It's tough to gauge how good any Packer WR is since every one of them that has left did nothing afterwards. Who has left that was really in their “prime”? Jennings did but he was like 30 (I think) and had 1-2 good seasons after leaving.
  13. ALl lies with Hornibrook. Can he stay away from making mistakes?
  14. Hilarious Caesar Hernandez Trade
  15. It has to be the end of Jordy, right? He’s 33 next season. Cobb is only 27 and fits the role that Adams doesnt. Maybe Jordy and Cobb will both restructure but I don’t know, doesn’t seem realistic. Feelings and egos will be hurt.
  16. I wouldn’t cut Nelson but I would ask him if he would take about a $3-5M pay cut if needed for a free agent. And give him the assurance that the money would actually be spent on upgrading the team.
  17. Agreed. And the same goes for anointing these guys after a few games. People are way too reactionary in the now these days. Myself included.
  18. Also don't want to get political, but to be fair there were plenty of retail workers not allowed to say "Merry Christmas." But yes, just in every day life nothing was preventing us from saying it. Out of curiosity, what places of work didn’t allow it? As a teacher, I say have a great break or happy holidays if I know the students. Just because I know everyone doesn’t celebrate it.
  19. Not what I said. Go back and re-read. Maybe after your edit. Lol
  20. Hold on. Let me get this straight. You want the Packers to lose their HOF QB just so TT isn’t the GM anymore? Lol, I’ve heard it all now.
  21. If the NFL did try to step in and release him, I’d be done with the nfl for life. It’s already the most ridiculously run sports and this would be the icing on the cake for me.
  22. How does anyone know he didn’t get hurt again? He was batted around in Carolina and played worse as the game wore on.
  23. Hope they take a pick. Force a free agent upon us. Might start winning again. Half kidding.
  24. Never seen such a non story. The league approves the IR move. Rodgers definitely wasn’t healthy in the last game. If anything, remove him from IR and activate him for last game. Big whoop. Like one of the articles stated, teams do this at the end of the year but because it’s Rodgers, now it’s made a stink.
