  1. Jheremy Vargas doubled, advanced to third on a lineout to LF, and scored on a wild pitch. Tayden Hall followed with a walk and stolen bag, then scored on a Blake Burke single. 2-0 TRats after two.
  2. Adamczewski played two more innings in the field, batted again (K), and now has been subbed out. Di Turi to 2B, Bitonti to 3B, Blayberg in at 1st. With Peña out for the last five days, and Payne an early exit/no start today, might leave Demetrio Nadal as the lone available bench player.
  3. Had to work a little harder, but Myers notched another zero in the fourth - F9, F9, 1B, P6.
  4. & Tobias only needs seven pitches to get through the third picking up another K. 40 pitches (24 strikes) through three.
  5. Tobias Myers comes back with three strikeouts to put up a zero in the first after surrendering a lead off single, walk and two stolen bags.
  6. Mudcats load em up bottom of two via an E6, Yannic Walther walk, and Adamczewski HBP. Two down for Dinges, though GameDay is in an injury delay after the Josh plunking. & Marco works the count 3-1 before lining out to the first baseman.
  7. Oliver wins the first Dunn battle of the evening working a walk off of Justin.
  8. Carolina picks up a run on no hits bottom of the first courtesy of an E7. Made walked and was caught stealing, Adamczewski walked and Dinges was plunked in the frame. Travis Smith gave back the run top of two though allowing a double and single.
  9. It’s anecdotal information about how he is progressing and how his shoulder is bouncing back between outings. If his velocity and command continue to get worse with each successive appearance that wouldn’t be a very good sign.
  10. Nice comeback by the DBacks, but Burnes only gave up two runs through six innings. He was relieved by Ryne Nelson in the 7th who surrendered the other five runs scored by the Cubs.
  11. Henderson would be a little rich for my blood but I’d do CRod.
  12. Patricio Aquino kept Wisco in the game with three scoreless relief frames (2 H | 2 BB | 1 K). Jeferson Figueroa on top of eight trying to keep it a 3-2 deficit.
  13. Gillis has gone walk, single, K, groundout, walk to load the bases with two out in the ninth. Comes back with the three pitch strikeout to seal the win and keep his scoreless streak alive.
  14. Pair of singles (Jheremy Vargas and Tayden Hall) and a wild pitch have cut the Wisco deficit to 3-2 bottom five.
  15. Ramon Rodriguez rocket shot cuts the Shuckers deficit to 2-1 top of five.
  16. Up to three scoreless (1 H | 3 K) on the day. That gives him 11.1 IP with zero ER on the season.
  17. Di Turi walked, Blayberg single and E8 put runners on second and third. Wild pitch scores Filippo and an E4 scores Diaz to put Carolina up 10-1.
  18. NASH keeps scoring a run an inning, this time with a trio of walks setting up a Raynel Delgado sac fly in the fifth. After posting four zeroes Carlos Rodriguez has cracked in the fifth with two doubles and a single adding up to two runs in the bottom half. He’s just walked Tim Elko to put runners in the corners two out for his 100th pitch as Easton McGee comes on to try to put out the fire.
  19. Luis Lara single and Cooper Pratt HBP got a little something going here one out top of four but a Brock Wilken strikeout and Luke Adams flyout put on the kibosh.
  20. Biloxi batters are nine up nine down through three. KC Hunt put up a pair of zeroes to start the game before going walk, HR to lead off the third, Shuckers down 2-0.
  21. Anthony Flores was cruising through three before giving up a pair of bombs and three runs in the fourth. Eduardo Garcia answered back with a blast of his own to get Wisco on the board trailing 3-1.
  22. Oh, but that wasn’t all. Payne reached on an E4, Bitonti walked and a passed ball scored Alastre. 8-1 Mudcats. Something to keep an eye on. Braylon Payne had an injury delay after a foul ball earlier in the game and Tyler Rodriguez just pinch ran for him. Hopefully just a precautionary thing with the big lead. Believe Bitonti and Adamczewski also had injury delay/foul ball combos earlier as well.
  23. Meanwhile in Zebulon, Blayberg singled, went to third on an Alastre single, and scored on a Made groundout to make it a 7-1 ballgame.
