    When I become an mlb manager, one thing I’m going to tell my players is to never head towards first on a 3 ball count and a pitch that is close, because if you do, it’s a strike call every time.

    I hadn’t heard about a knee issue with Uribe. Hopefully it’s just a cleanup and he can get back to pitching and pitching better this summer.

    Didn’t break my heart to see the cubs get shut out by the cards today. As much as I hate to see the cards win, I love seeing the cubs lose.

    Went today with Dad, what a weird game. That double steal and boneheaded throw on the play changed the whole game. Would’ve liked to see Tobias get another inning perhaps, and Hoby pulled sooner definitely. Thankful for the W though.

    Yeah. Either that or wait until Mitchell is back then send Chourio to AAA to play every day for a couple weeks until Mitchell gets hurt.
