  1. Frelick is a good hitter than we are ruining while Wiemer is just not good.
  2. If he gets traded Turang will be the everyday shortstop which is even worse.
  3. This is exactly what concerns me regarding Chourio, Black or anyone else. We haven't developed a good hitter in so long that I have my doubts if they can.
  4. As much as I want to win this series its not as if this team is a real threat to the Braves, Dodgers, or Phillies anyway.
  5. I'm not interested in another bite of this rotten apple either.
  6. You'll be back next season as we all will but I wouldn't blame you or anyone else that gave up on this team.
  7. Considering this organization hasn't developed a good hitter in years who's to say we won't screw those guys up.
  8. Ownership is cheap so forget about spending on some offense.
  9. I'm not even sure we can call the offense as choking when they just aren't any good. Burnes and now Peralta have choked because they should be better.
  10. Enough with the bad luck talk. We just haven't played well enough to win.
  11. Its beyond pitiful that after that first inning Gallen is still probably going to pitch 7 innings.
  12. Robin Yount was a rookie at 18 so that comparison in any way is quite the stretch.
  13. Turang 9 pitches and Taylor and Yelich saw three combined.
  14. I think its more than fair to question if Turang will ever hit enough. The defense is great but he's got to provide something with the bat.
  15. Personally I like Donaldson and am happy he's on our team.
  16. He's either staying with his hometown team or going to the team with the highest payroll who will make him the highest paid manager in the game.
  17. Its hard enough for us to make the playoffs with the payroll disparities but beating out two well run organizations like that with their financial advantages is a tough ask.
  18. If I didn't care I sure as heck wouldn't be on here. Losing to the Dodgers would have been fine since they and Atlanta are both far better teams but losing this series will make the season a failure. Its great if you can get excited about regualr season success but I would like to see this team win some in the postseason.
